The Chamber of Commerce of Harrison County was able to spend some time before the holidays meeting with our local community partners!

Executive Director, Janelle Thomas, had a great time connecting with Lisa Huber, Goverment and Community Relations Manager for Duke Energy Corporation.

Did you know that Duke Energy and the Duke Energy Foundation are avid partners in A LOT of projects throughout Harrison County and beyond?

Duke is doing much more than just lighting up your home…they also brighten people’s days through investing in projects and organizations like the Corydon Skatepark, The Salvation Army of Southern Indiana, Hope Southern Indiana and SO MANY more amazing projects and impactful organizations that if we tried to name them all we would definitely hit a word limit on this post.

We’re thankful for the meaningful work that Lisa does day in and day out for Indiana and Harrison County in representation of Duke.
